Great location close to everything. Fantastic staff and very helpful . Has swimming pool.

Rooms in back very noisy due to close proximity of Tree Town.

Reasonable

Breakfast was nice. Facilities were clean

Music from clubs can be heard in the room till 2am. I'm talking the whole band. Staff don't speak much English made it Difficult to communicate .

The only good was the receptionist and bell boy at check in,...

The only good was the receptionist and bell boy at check in, and the intern wait staff from the local hospitality college.

Room was dirty with long black hair still everywhere, the shower was either scalding hot or not, air-con was noisy and not cooling enough unless was turned up to full power, room blinds were broken and couldn't be opened once closed, pool and facilities were not manned, serviced or well catered for, breakfast was poor in offerings and is at the Honey Inn across the road. Overall the hotel just didnt have any personality or care for anyone coming or going, staff sitting there on their phones and not looking up.

The cleaning lady was fantastic. The pool was great. The room was cozy.

However one receptionist was terrible. Not Mo. Also request made for a late check out was not granted having booked three rooms

Friendly and courteous staff

Breakfast is mediocre Should be provided the option to pay upon arrival verses automatic charging to credit card. The card can still be used to hold the room. But payment option should be left to the customer.

Have stayed here a couple of times.

Good value for a nicely appointed hotel. Good location. Good service. Well managed hotel

NB! Dont book this hotel if you need to sleep prior to 2am. Local rock bands sound like they are just outside on the patio. .Music only dies down at 2am. I Recommend you go out and enjoy the night life till the music dies .

Great location

Great location Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and cleaning staff spoke good English Comfy bed

The double plus single bed layout in the mini suite was strange and meant the bedroom area was cramped and wall sockets were in the wrong place. I asked for clean towels at 5pm and was told housekeeping was finished. A minor issue but an area for improvement. The gym is not air conditioned

Desk staff pressured me into paying the room upfront, though it was already payed via booking.com. Stupid as I sometimes can be, I gave in and payed a second time, now there is no way of getting my money back. Except Thai customer service of course...

This place Surprised me - exceeded my expectation. Have found my preferred Hotel in Pattaya.

Room and Bed Excellent - Staff and Facilities were fabulous. Value for money. Location is Superb. Handy to everything.

I love the place...

The location.. Its just excellent.. I stayed there quite a few times during my travel to Pattaya.

Staffs are slow in their tasks. The only word you will hear from them is- "Take a seat first"!! -The rest is your understanding.. Rooms are not been cleaned everyday if you don't knock them up. Be careful of keeping money left anywhere inside the room. The cleaning staffs might think that it has been kept for them as tips and took them up..

Other than fantastic staff, Nothing!!! My 2nd stay and their will be a 3rd. If i say too much they may put their nightly price up! My review score should say all.

One of the best price/quality hotels in central Pattaya. A warm welcome from the friendly staff, great location, silent room, nice rooftop swimmingpool, every day amenities at the room. Perfectly cleaned everywhere. AC working perfect. Nice SMART tv with USB port. Sealed plastic water bottles, instead of glass refilled bottles. Everything very close by to LK Metro and soi Buakhao. Very guest friendly hotel and a phone call from reception every time when your guest checks out.

Great location, near 2nd road but not on 2nd road so it is still 'quiet' at night. The staff is friendly, the included breakfast is good, the swimming pool is very good, the rooms are clean and give you a relaxed feeling.
